Hemorrhoid Causes - Why You Keep Getting Hemorrhoids

The first major reasons for hemorrhoids are bad toileting habits.

The combination of sitting on the toilet; straining and wiping too hard are identified as the most common factors on why you keep getting hemorrhoids.

By sitting on a toilet; you are causing the pelvic floor muscles to relax and the rectal muscles to strain. This will cause our hemorrhoidal area lose all of the support that the pelvic muscles have to offer. Unnoticed; this lack of support is often one of the causes of hemorrhoids. Also, try to sit up straight, try gently moving your torso or trunk of your body side ways a few times and, back and forward a few times, then assume the correct position again.

Straining has an effect on anal blood vessels – by straining too much those bulges will and made hemorrhoids. Learn to control the straining and you can control the principal cause of hemorrhoids

If the poo is a bit reluctant to come out, avoid straining, take your time, let nature do it's thing. Gentle deep breathing might help get your intestinal tract moving. Don’t hold your breath as it will increase local blood pressure and puts even more strain on the hemorrhoidal area.

If it takes longer than five minutes, then clean up and have a walk until you feel the urge to go again. Walking around helps recalcitrant intestinal system to go, while sitting and straining on the toilet only cause hemorrhoids to develop.

Apart from that; excessive wiping is also particularly bad for external hemorrhoids. If your hemorrhoids become scratched or abraded, they can hurt, bleed, and swell even further. Hard toilet paper are mostly the cause for this, as the hardness of the paper will scratch the area, making hemorrhoids more likely to return.

Work or daily activity can as well contribute to the recurring hemorrhoids. One might wonder why they keep getting hemorrhoids when the answers lies on their day to day activity.

Sitting too long at work are one the major causes of hemorrhoids. Prolonged sitting causes pressure to build up on your seat area onto your seat area, and this may causes hemorrhoids, or worsens them. If your work requires you to sit in a long time; ty to stand up every 30 minutes or so and it’s better if could go for a walk every couple of hours just to get the circulation moving and keep the blood pressure from building up.

Heavy lifting or straining at work can also cause hemorrhoid issues in a big way. Lifting heavy object forces a lot of blood into the lower half of your body which means which putting a lot of pressure on your hemorrhoidal area. Practice proper lifting technique, and avoid heavy lifting as much as possible while you are having an active set of hemorrhoids that you are trying to cure.

Another reasons on why you keep getting hemorrhoids back lies in your daily diet intake. Excessive caffeine or alcohol consumption is known to cause hemorrhoids indirectly, as both dehydrate the body of water. These two substance will cause water to be pulled out of the body and urinated out, which in turn leads to constipation and eventually causes hemorrhoids.

Try also avoid heavily refined foods for example food made with white flour and sugar, as these foods have very little dietary fibre in them, to help get the digested waste products of the refined foods back out of the body.  Specifically, eat foods with fiber (fruits, vegetables, oats, wholemeal bread) and take plenty of water to prevent constipation and to keep the stools soft. This will then help to reduce or eliminate the straining in the toilet that can cause hemorrhoids to develop or get pushed outside.

There are more factors as to why you keep getting hemorrhoids but those presented above are only few but useful tips that you can take note and practice to prevent hemorrhoids from haunting you.

  3. I've just had my second hemorrhoids and for me personally the best and quickest way I've maked is 15 minute warm bath with Analpram HC and leafy vegetables every day. Basically did a complete diet change to a lot more natural foods and nothing processed.
